The project is located in Nanjing Jiangbei New District Industrial Technology Research and Creation Park, with a total construction area of 455296.91 square meters, including research and development, office, science and technology public service business, innovation achievements display and public facilities supporting rooms, as well as professional research institute business places. For the whole PARK, we put forward the concept of "WATER PARK" and decompose it into five concepts: "World" -- urban landmark complex; "Activation" - activating the urban space; "Science and Technology" - leading the new concept of science and technology life; "Ecological" - an ecological park integrated with nature; "Renovative" - creating a creative and dynamic destination.
