This project is the first research on the depth guidelines for the design of college dormitory buildings in provincial concentrated construction. According to the characteristics of university dormitory buildings, this paper focuses on the technical requirements of national and local standards and codes for dormitory buildings, combined with the engineering practice of Jiangsu Public Construction Center, to provide technical guidance for each stage of the scheme, preliminary design and construction drawing.
