Job Responsibilities：

· Cooperate with relevant departments to develop the market, understand customer needs, and ensure the smooth completion of design projects; To formulate and implement drawing specifications for the Department of Design;

· Conceived according to customer needs and design requirements, organized the completion of program design, and drew program design drawings;

Qualifications：

· Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related field;

· Love architectural design, have strong program design ability and architectural conception and creativity, familiar with domestic architectural design norms;

· Familiar with building codes and requirements; Proficient in computer application, familiar with CAD, Tianzheng, PS, SU and other drawing software;

· Have strong communication and coordination ability, and have certain leadership and organization ability;

· Have good professional spirit, sense of responsibility and teamwork, proficient in English is preferred.
