Founded in 2004, Tanaka Art Museum is located in Seto Bay, Naoshima, Japan. It is the brainchild of Japanese architect Tadao Ando and is known as "architecture that thinks about nature and people". As the name suggests, the Tanaka Art Museum is different from other buildings in that most of the buildings are buried underground in a humble gesture so as not to spoil the beautiful views of Seto Bay.
